‘Kafka’

The peace and quiet and good taste make this place an ideal location to enjoy the gastronomy produced on the island, but with its own unique stamp. The Catalan chef, Carles Cano Camps, has been running this restaurant since 2007, which takes the surname of the Czech writer Franz Kafka. Inside the restaurant, there is a sign that reads ‘Metamorphosis’, like the best-known book by this author, and that is what his chef does: he transforms food into exquisite dishes.
