Located at Hotel Tigaiga, the terrace of Restaurante Tinguaro offers spectacular panoramic views of everything from the Atlantic to Mount Teide.
With room for thirty guests in the main dining-room, it offers the same personalised service as the Hotel as a whole. The Tamadaya, for private hire, seating twenty-four, is ideal for private family events or business meetings.
“We promote local produce because it’s the people we want to travel, not the food” is the motto that inspires the work of the chef, Luis González. His dishes express the freshness of Canarian produce, such as the pelibuey lamb cooked at a low temperature on mashed potato, tender green beans and cous-cous with dried tomato. And for dessert: Truffle cake with chocolate croquant and fleur de sel.
